April is Dog Appreciation Month

Dawn and Hurley (5)

Not many people can resist petting a cute, cuddly litte puppy dog or even a large dog.  At least 17 dogs and the people who care for them will be visiting Pleasant Day in April.  The visits can provide health benefits, such as lowering blood pressure, decreasing anxiety, and recalling memories of pets from years ago.  Look for the purple highlights on the April calendar.
